Why?
Ms. McCargo decided to start DD Providers First LLC alongside Mr. Offutt because after 29 years being in the field of developmental disability and also becoming a provider herself, she discovered that there is very limited resources for providers to utilize and there is a huge need for provider support and consultation. DD Providers First LLC was created to be a one stop shop for all providers within Virginia.
Meet Nichola McCargo!
Director of Operations, Senior Consultant
Ms. McCargo has been working in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities for 29 years both within the U.S. and U.K. with a focus in autism spectrum disorders. Ms. McCargo is originally from the U.K and moved to the U.S. in 2005. In that time she has worked for State government facilities, Local government and private residential facilities within the Northern Virginia region serving people with varying degrees of disabilities. Ms. McCargo has worked in all areas of the field starting her career as a PT Direct Support Professional, Group Home Supervisor, Crisis Specialist for Behavior Management and Program Manager overseeing numerous residential group homes, and also as a ABA Therapist serving children and young adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Meet Brian Offutt!
CFO, Director of Finance
Mr. Offutt is a life long resident of the DMV area and has an extensive background in business ownership and financial stability. Mr. Offutt is available to offer budgeting guidance to our clients and ensure all contracts and invoices are adhered to as we work together to enhance providers programs.
